Managing the full cycle of HR documentation in accordance with labor legislation;
Creating and maintaining employee personnel files and updating them in a timely manner;
Recording entries for hiring, transfers, dismissals, and changes to personal data in work record books;
Processing data for calculating benefits, pensions, and compensations in 1C ZUP;
Creating and maintaining employee work schedules;
Drafting HR-related orders and supplementary agreements;
Maintaining an electronic library and ensuring up-to-date data on employees and HR processes on the internal portal;
Entering primary HR data and ensuring its correct storage in the EDI system;
Registering, recording, and preparing HR documents for archiving;
Calculating employees' work and insurance service records and entering the data into 1C ZUP;
Updating information in 1C ZUP promptly based on provided documents;
Reviewing and compiling work time tracking sheets and submitting them to the accounting department;
Preparing certificates and copies of documents upon employee requests;
Preparing reports and other informational materials for the manager;
Maintaining the staffing table as needed;
Consulting employees on labor and HR matters.
We expect you to:
Possess practical knowledge of various work schedules and know how to apply them in practice, including time and attendance systems;
Have practical knowledge and experience applying the Rules for Maintaining Military Records (RK SN);
Have at least three years of relevant work experience in HR administration;
Be proficient in 1C: ZUP 8.3, MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook);
Know and apply the Labor Code of the Russian Federation (ТК РФ);
Be meticulous and attentive;
Be customer- and results-oriented, able to work effectively in a team under multitasking conditions.
