Responsibilities
- Support and administration of payroll services for the HR platform 'Puls' and SAP HCM, handling level 2 support requests.
- Functionality testing, acceptance of modifications for support
- Control and monitoring of service status
- Formulating and assigning technical specifications (TZ) for service modifications to teams
- Preparing instructions and plans of measures to ensure uninterrupted service
- Participation in Agile teams.
Requirements
- Higher technical education
- Mandatory experience in supporting SAP HCM PY
- Knowledge of Russian labor and tax legislation
- 2+ years of experience in the role of consultant / technical support specialist / support engineer
- Understanding of the general workflow and architecture of the SAP HCM system
- Knowledge of key settings for PY/CM functionality
- Basic knowledge of PY, CM modules
- Experience in conducting acceptance testing
- Experience in providing user support
- Experience in writing SQL queries (at the level of selects/joins)
- Experience using Kibana for error analysis in services
