A multichannel platform for informing and managing high-priority failures in the Bank and Sber ecosystem with real-time assessment of the impact on customer services.
The product is intended for the bank and ecosystem's top management, department heads, product owners and leaders, duty shifts, and IT service support specialists. The main goal is the effective management of mass deviations to minimize negative impact on external and internal clients.
Responsibilities
What you will be doing:
- installing, configuring, and updating applications on test stands for acceptance testing and production operation using DevOps tools (Jenkins, Ansible, BitBucket)
- performing technological and scheduled work on test and production environments: adding new application servers, applying new configurations, setting up integrations
- monitoring the product, business chain, equipment/application utilization. Analyzing monitoring and logging data, connecting and configuring a centralized automated monitoring system (Zabbix, Grafana, etc.). Implementing suggestions to improve system performance and reliability
- analyzing and forecasting the capacity required for software operation
- supporting previously implemented functionality and participating in the prompt resolution of incidents in the production environment as 2nd line support, identifying software defects, solving performance problems
- logging issues - causes of incidents, finding solutions to problems, analyzing root causes of errors, tracking dynamics, working with defects and enhancements in Jira
- collecting logs, dumps, and other diagnostic information necessary for analysis, defect documentation, and error resolution
- creating service support instructions, transferring support functionality to the 24/7 duty shift, conducting emergency drills.
Requirements
Requirements:
- SQL skills (select, insert, update, backup/restore)
- understanding of integration interactions, gateway solutions
- Working with Excel (VLOOKUP, etc.)
- Working with text files (search and replace)
- Experience with Git
- Experience with Ansible
Will be an advantage for the candidate:
- experience with Openshift/Kubernetes
- working in Linux console (bash)
- familiarity with ITSM systems
- using light automation tools
- familiarity with regular expressions
