IT B2C is the largest ecosystem within Sber. We are over 8,000 people across 18 cities in Russia. We are engaged in the development and enhancement of retail solutions, making the Bank's services more accessible, secure, and convenient.
Responsibilities
- Administer, implement, and support automated systems (AS) on a bank-wide scale with an approved level of quality
- Maintain the availability and continuity of automated systems
- Resolve incidents in our systems and eliminate the root causes of their occurrence
- Document the causes of incidents and find solutions to problems
- Analyze automated system monitoring data, prepare and implement proposals to improve system performance and reliability
- Participate in projects for the development of automated systems and in acceptance tests of new versions
- Investigate client requests and inquiries from related departments
- Write plans/instructions for on-duty administrators and shift duty personnel
- Maintain a knowledge base for sharing expertise.
Requirements
- Work experience with the stack: OpenShift, DropApp, PostgreSQL (Pangolin), Jenkins, ArgoCD, Bitbucket, Git, Jira, Confluence, Zabbix/Grafana, ELK
- Higher technical education
- At least 2 years of experience in administering/supporting complex application automated systems
- Ability to read log files and understand system behavior from them.
