Description
We are the support team for complex, high-load integration solutions (KSSh, Synapse, Integration Gateway). Our task is to ensure stable integration between various Banking Automated Systems (covering about 70% of all integrations in the bank).

- OpenShift, Kubernetes, Docker, Kafka
- Jenkins, Git, Ansible
- Zabbix, Grafana, Prometheus
Responsibilities
Your tasks:
- supporting and implementing high-load integration systems (ESB, ServiceMesh, etc.)
- maintaining the operability of supported systems, participating in their restoration in case of failures as a 2nd line technical support expert
- implementing and rolling out automation for software installation and support tasks
- participating in the development and implementation of solution high availability
- ensuring service continuity: managing monitoring, escalation, and incident resolution
- interacting with all participants in the development, testing, and operation process.
Requirements
We expect you to have:
- knowledge of Linux OS
- knowledge of SQL query language, experience with DBMS
- experience with containerization systems (Kubernetes, Openshift, or others)
- understanding of local network principles and core network services (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP)
- understanding of modern DevOps concepts and experience using DevOps automation tools
- experience supporting application servers (Oracle WebLogic, JBoss AEP, JBoss WildFly, Apache TomCat, Microsoft IIS)
- skills in working with generative AI models; experience creating AI agents and using them in work will be an advantage.
