We are the Inventory Management team, consisting of 52 people from Moscow, Samara, and Novosibirsk.
Main goal: automation of processes for the management accounting of the Bank's asset lifecycle.
We are developing a centralized asset accounting system to automate the business processes of the Bank's support divisions for asset management and their accounting.
The team not only creates a new platform but also performs numerous modifications. We work on several automated systems, creating an efficient platform core and adapting various versions considering our clients' wishes.
Our current clients are MCTP, TSUNTO, TSKS, some of the division's processes are still conducted on the legacy system - SAP ERP.
Responsibilities
- installation of necessary components, including Kafka, Kubernetes, Tengri, Istio, and PostgreSQL, following recommended practices
- configuration of parameters to ensure not only high performance but also security, including installation of SSL certificates and setting access rights
- monitoring system status using logging and monitoring tools (Prometheus, Grafana)
- monitoring resources, analyzing resource-intensive operations, implementing performance optimization measures
- testing and deploying new software versions and updates in test environments before rolling out to production, as well as developing backups and recovery strategies.
- maintaining detailed documentation of all changes, including versioning and configuration settings.
- controlling SLA, monitoring deadlines and completion of SRP/incidents. Prompt response to incidents, analysis of root causes of problems, and implementation of solutions to prevent recurring failures.
Requirements
- knowledge of Linux OS at an administrator level
- experience in PostgreSQL administration (maintenance, backups, master-slave)
- experience working with Apache Kafka
- knowledge of mTLS, SSL principles
- practice in operating infrastructure and application monitoring and logging systems (Zabbix, Prometheus, Grafana)
- knowledge and understanding of Kubernetes operating principles
- understanding of microservices/client-server application operating principles
- specialized technical education in an IT field.
Will be a plus:
- experience with ArgoCD
- experience with Helm
- organizing networks within a cluster and interaction with the external environment (Ingress Controllers, Service Mesh).
- using Docker
- working with Istio
- experience writing SQL queries
- skills in working with generative AI models; experience in creating AI agents and using them in work will be an advantage.
