We are the Operations team of the Centralized Technological Solutions Department. We are engaged in supporting and improving the reliability of platform automated systems that provide storage and intelligent processing of documents for the Bank's key business processes (back-office systems), as well as new initiatives related to the implementation of AI agents in the Bank. We collaborate with all RUN teams of the Bank in the process of software implementation and operation and help make processes more efficient.

We have a variety of tasks for supporting AS (Automated Systems) considering employees' interests.

Responsibilities

• implementation and support of AS (Automated System)
• participation in the AS release cycle (installation, verification)
• AS support - resolving user requests, resolving incidents
• interaction with related teams within AS support
• development of AS reliability - developing monitoring, operational requirements for AS.

Requirements

• proficient use of the Linux command line
• knowledge of SQL (simple/medium complexity queries)
• work experience in the field of AS support
• motivation to develop in the field of information systems administration, willingness to actively master new knowledge
• programming skills (scripting languages)
• experience with monitoring systems
• instrumental proficiency with AI for analysis, generation, and automation.
