IT B2C is the largest ecosystem in Sber. We are over 8,000 people in 18 cities across Russia. We are engaged in the development and enhancement of retail solutions, helping to make the Bank's services more accessible, secure, and convenient.
We are transforming the ecosystem from dozens of systems into a single circuit that creates a personalized offer in milliseconds.
Our task is to design and implement seamless interaction for everything needed for smart personalization: from customer and product data to gaming mechanics and budget management.
You will:
- design the architecture of interactions and lead integrations.
- connect the platform core with systems for events, data, finance, and communications.
- be responsible for ensuring the complex ecosystem works as a unified mechanism.
Responsibilities
- Installing, configuring, and updating applications on test stands using DevOps tools (Jenkins, Ansible, BitBucket)
- Performing technological and scheduled work on test and production environments
- Product monitoring, data analysis, and configuration of the monitoring system (Zabbix, Grafana)
- Analyzing and forecasting capacity requirements for software operation
- Supporting and resolving incidents in the production environment, working with defects in Jira
- Log collection, compiling service maintenance instructions, and conducting emergency drills.
Requirements
- Higher education
- Experience in supporting automated systems in production operation for at least 3 years
- Experience in Unix (Linux) administration
- Experience in supporting application servers (Tomcat, Websphere Application Server, Weblogic, WildFly, Nginx, etc.) and services deployed on Red Hat OpenShift
- Experience with relational databases and knowledge of the SQL language
- Experience working with message queues RabbitMQ and Apache Kafka
- Experience in building monitoring systems using: Zabbix, Grafana, Splunk
- Experience in using GigaChat, Kandinsky and similar tools in products, skills in creating and using AI agents.
