A project for supporting systems in test and production environments related to the operation of the Bank's contact center and other customer interaction channels (such as CRM, Chats, Chat-bots, Virtual Assistant, and others).
Responsibilities
- resolving system incidents, including finding and applying workarounds
- IT service administration
- administering supported systems, subsystems, and related programs and devices, monitoring supported systems, maintaining test resources (environments)
- participating in the organization and execution of acceptance and load testing
- monitoring the correction of errors identified during system testing or operation
- conducting system release deployments
Requirements
- experience in administering/supporting automated systems
- experience managing changes, incidents, and problems for automated systems (ITSM), working with SD and bug-tracking systems (HP Service Manager, JIRA)
- experience with PostgreSQL DBMS
- knowledge of SQL. Experience developing PL/SQL procedures is a plus
- experience working with Unix
- experience working with Git, Ansible, Jenkins
- experience working with Nginx and Kafka
- experience working with Splunk, Zabbix
- knowledge of JAVA is a plus
- experience with GridGain / IgniteSE is desirable.
