Description
We are the "Corporate Debt Collection" tribe at Sberbank. Our product is a set of services that simplifies the entire collection workflow: from receiving information about a client's problems to the successful settlement of their debt.
We work using agile, employ a Self-Contained Systems architecture, write a lot of tests, and develop DevOps practices.
Responsibilities
- Support automated systems: fix things if they break; bring systems back up if they go down; develop the monitoring system to learn about issues before users do; devise workarounds until developers fix the problem; implement temporary patches to prevent further failures.
- Deploy new releases: verify on the test environment that nothing got worse; install in PROD and ensure everything works.
- Organize acceptance testing for new releases: keep the test environment up-to-date; coordinate with adjacent departments on integration tests; document completed tests and agreements reached.
- Automate routine tasks.
- Use and adapt AI tools for daily tasks.

Requirements
- Minimum 1.5 years of experience in 2nd/3rd line support (L2/L3).
- Experience as a Linux system administrator or DBA (Oracle/MsSQL/PostgreSQL).
- Ability to work with containers, skills in administering K8s/Openshift.
- Experience with various monitoring systems.
- Ability to create "from scratch" and configure monitoring for application software.
- Knowledge of ITIL/ITSM.
- Knowledge of software development lifecycle models (waterfall, agile, etc.).
- Understanding of computer and network principles.
- SQL knowledge at the level of writing complex queries.
- Ability to use version control systems (Git, BitBucket, etc.).
Will be a plus:
- Programming skills in Java/Go.
- Ability to write scripts in Bash/Python.
- Skills in administering Hadoop, Spark, Hive, Ni-Fi.
- Ability to work with tools like Jenkins, Jira, Confluence, HP Service Manager.
- Ability to work in electronic document management systems.
