Description
We are involved in the maintenance of automated systems that ensure the collection, storage, and analysis of data about the bank's counterparties to assess their reliability and prevent risks. Our tools help the bank promptly identify threats to economic security and minimize potential losses.
Responsibilities
- participation in acceptance tests, deployment of releases to the production environment
- resolving user requests (incidents and service requests)
- configuration of infrastructure and application monitoring
- installing updates on servers (OS, DBMS)
- participation in conducting load testing
- maintaining a knowledge base, preparing instructions for the duty shift
Technology Stack:
- OS, applications, and storage systems: SberLinux, Openshift, PostgreSQL
- DevOps: Jenkins, Git, Ansible
- Monitoring: Zabbix+Grafana, Dynatrace (Reflex).
Requirements
- higher technical education (possible senior-year part-time students)
- understanding of the architecture of modern automated systems/applications.
- experience in administering/maintaining application automated systems
- confident knowledge of SQL and experience with modern DBMSs
- understanding of the basics of ITSM/ITIL.
Will be a plus:
- experience in maintaining high-load automated systems
- experience working in technical support of a large company or bank
