Description
Due to the launch of new internet acquiring products on the market, the Sberbank support team is looking for a support specialist. The main responsibilities will include configuring and maintaining the operability of production and test environments, resolving emerging incidents, participating in system development from the perspective of reliability and stability, formulating and verifying requirements for reliability and monitoring completeness, organizing acceptance testing and implementations of new software versions.

Responsibilities
- incident management, analysis, investigation, gathering necessary participants and participation in problem-solving sessions
- installing applications on acceptance/production stands
- creating metrics and alerts, monitoring system monitoring indicators, responding to failures
- collecting and aggregating various types of statistics
- planning and conducting scheduled maintenance/exercises on test and production stands, updating the division's knowledge base
- identifying deviations from basic scenarios based on customer experience of interacting with the software
- resolving, redirecting, interacting with the testing and development team.

- HPSM, OpenShift/DropApp, Jenkins, BitBucket, PostgreSQL, Atlassian Jira, Confluence, Zabbix, Grafana
Requirements
- experience supporting Mission Critical systems (24/7) from 1 year
- work experience with: OpenShift/DropApp, Jira, Jenkins, BitBucket, PostgreSQL, Confluence
- basic knowledge of SQL (writing simple queries, knowledge of main operators)
- skill in working with Linux OS (basic commands)
- experience with log collection and monitoring systems (EFS, Grafana, Tengri, etc.)
- understanding and analysis of integration interactions
- experience reading and analyzing logs of various applications.
