Our team works on applied banking services for corporate clients.
This is a distributed system consisting of a large number of services and modules.
The support team creates and maintains operational environments, resolves complex integration issues, works on automating updates in test environments, and on building a delivery pipeline for distributions from development to production, as well as cloud infrastructure.
We are looking for a Support Engineer.

- Queue managers (Apache Kafka)

- DevOps (Jenkins, Git, Ansible, Helm, ArgoCD, etc.)

- Scripting languages (Bash, PowerShell, Python)
- Network load balancer (lbosse, alteon)
- Unix-like operating systems (RedHat Enterprise Linux).
Responsibilities
- Support and monitoring of deviations in the operation of automated Remote Banking Systems for corporate clients (systems with the highest criticality priority for the bank)
- Registration and independent resolution of standard incidents and non-routine situations
- Participation in the resolution of non-standard incidents (gathering information, conducting preliminary analysis, assisting in the investigation for system administrators, engaging necessary expertise)
- Independent execution of technical and scheduled maintenance work on automated systems
- Administration, support, and development of the monitoring systems used
- Fulfilling service requests within one's area of competence.
Requirements
- Higher or specialized secondary education
- Experience in supporting automated systems / working in a 24/7 on-call shift (experience in the banking sector is an advantage)
- Experience with IT system monitoring tools such as Elastic-stack, Grafana, Zabbix, Tivoli, Reflex, Advanced Host Monitor, etc.
- Experience with Unix systems, OpenShift, Nginx, Apache Kafka is an advantage
- Knowledge of DevOps tools
- Knowledge of SQL, Python will be an advantage
- Knowledge of ITSM processes and terminology
- Experience working with Atlassian products such as Jira, Confluence.
