Description
We are a unit within the IT Department of the "B2C Transactional Banking" block, responsible for supporting application systems in the production zone and technological integration into the Sber ecosystem.
We are looking for a leading support engineer who is ready to handle a high workload and has competencies in the PPRB technology stack.
Technology stack used:
Java E2E-based applications;
queue managers (Apache Kafka, IBM MQ, Zookeeper);
application servers (WildFly, WAS);
storage systems (Apache Ignite, Oracle DB, Hadoop, PostgreSQL);
DevOps (Jenkins, Git, Ansible);
monitoring systems (Zabbix, ELK, Grafana, Splunk, Dynatrace);
cloud technologies, virtualization systems (OS, Cyber, Docker);
scripting languages (Bash, powershell, Python);
Unix-like operating systems (RedHat, CentOS).
Responsibilities
- ensuring SLA compliance
- organizing and maintaining a knowledge base
- localizing incidents and routing them for further resolution,
- monitoring the availability of servers, applications, databases
- providing reports on the information system and the group's work
- participate in the support and development of information systems
- perform installation of new releases on production environments
- conduct research work on test environments
- processing incoming requests regarding IT systems.
Requirements
- understanding of how information systems work at the level of services/components/technologies used in software and databases
- at least 1 year of experience working with Linux in an administrator role (top, df, ps, curl, openssl, simple SH scripts, working with certificates)
- understanding the difference between SQL and NoSQL databases, understanding SQL at the level of simple queries (JOIN, WHERE … IN, GROUP BY)
- basic knowledge of the OSI model (e.g., the difference between HTTP and TCP),
- basic understanding of the main principles of integration and message exchange in a distributed environment (REST, message queues, file integration…)
- basic understanding of JSON, YAML, XML, CSV notation, the specifics of the formats
- understanding of ITSM/ITIL methodology (understanding terms such as "service request", "user request", "incident", "problem", "resolution deadline")
