Description
The EFS Platform is a scalable and secure system of universal technological components with unique code, which ensures management of information on routing requests to platform and channel services; management of file transfers between various automated systems; collection of data on the performance, availability, and health of application software and infrastructure; storage, viewing, and analysis of logs and incidents; management of operating modes and service health monitoring; authorization of API calls for platform and channel business services based on role privileges; implementation of the fault tolerance function.
Responsibilities
- maintenance of the EFS AS production environment and PSI stands, conducting PSI
- deployment of new software versions
- resolution of incidents in the production environment
- execution of ZNO/ZNR/ZNI (Change Requests/Work Requests/Implementation Requests)
- use and modification of automation scripts
- monitoring of the AS
- providing consultation support to internal users.
Requirements
- at least 1 year of experience in maintaining application or system software
- basic knowledge of SQL (writing simple queries: selecting from tables, inserting into a table, and filtering by multiple fields)
- basic knowledge of databases
- experience with application servers (WebSphere, WebLogic, WildFly, Tomcat, or similar)
- experience with server operating systems (Windows, Linux, or Solaris)
- experience with bug tracking systems (HP ALM, Atlassian Jira, or similar)
- understanding of DevOps principles.
Will be a plus:
- knowledge of Agile methodologies (SCRUM/Kanban)
- experience using GigaChat, Kandinsky, and similar tools in products, skills in creating and using AI agents.
