Description
Our team is responsible for implementing and supporting modern complex technical solutions and comprehensive internally developed automated systems (AS):
- Services and subscriptions for premium and VIP clients
- AI agents and Co-pilot
- Applications for premium sales network managers
Technology stack: service management (HP Service Manager), server operating systems (Windows Server, RedHat Enterprise Linux), databases (Oracle DB, PostgreSQL), DevOps tools (Jenkins, DPM), logging systems (Elastic Search), infrastructure monitoring (Zabbix, Grafana, Prometheus, Dynatrace), cloud technologies and containerization (VMWare, Kubernetes, Docker, OpenShift, Nginx, SynGX), as well as scripting programming languages (Python).
Responsibilities
- Interact with development teams and establish necessary agreements for product launch
- Interact with cross-functional Agile teams
- Participate in the development of technological solutions, organizing functional and load testing
- Manage product configurations
- Administer, implement, and support AS - on a bank-wide scale and with approved quality levels
- Maintain AS availability and continuity of their operation (incident resolution, problem registration, monitoring data analysis)
- Process requests from clients and from related departments
- Write plans/instructions for on-duty administrators and on-duty shifts.
Requirements
- Higher technical education
- Knowledge of ISO20000 standard and/or ITIL, principles of organizing AS support
- Understanding of the architecture of modern automated systems/applications, methods of system integration
- Experience in administering/supporting complex application automated systems
- Basic knowledge of one of the languages: Bash, Ansible, NodeJS
- Knowledge of support specifics, ITIL
- Experience with Kafka/Zabbix/Grafana/Greenplum/Docker
- Experience with Nginx, PostgreSQL, Prometheus, ELK
- Experience with Jenkins, Bitbucket, Git
- Experience with Jira, Confluence
- Experience with relational DBs, knowledge of SQL query language
- Experience with monitoring systems (Zabbix, etc.)
- Knowledge of English at a level sufficient for reading technical documentation.
