Description
We ensure the uninterrupted 24/7 operation of systems, perform testing and acceptance of modifications, implement new functionality, and improve monitoring. In addition, we prevent and resolve incidents, configure test environments, eliminate cyber vulnerabilities, and address user inquiries regarding IT systems.
Our team is an essential participant in analyzing non-standard cases and developing measures aimed at improving system performance and increasing their reliability.
Responsibilities
- participate in the support and development of information systems
- prevent and resolve incidents, identify root causes and eliminate them
- perform project and operational work within the department's area of responsibility
- install new releases into production environments
- conduct research work on test environments
- set up information systems for monitoring
- resolve inquiries from users of IT systems.
Requirements
- experience supporting industrial automated systems (AS), comprehensively automating a range of activities for a large/medium-sized organization
- experience administering Unix/Linux systems, basic commands, services, diagnostics
- ability to write SQL queries
- automation of routine administrative tasks
- experience working with monitoring and log systems (Grafana, ELK, Prometheus, Zabbix)
- experience configuring pipelines (Jenkins, Ansible, BitBucket, Nexus)
- understanding the basics of containerization (OpenShift, Kubernetes, Docker)
- understanding the principles of certificates, tokens, and keys
Will be a plus:
- experience with Jenkins, Ansible, Terraform
- knowledge of Postgres DB basics
- experience with clustered systems – replicas, clusters, load balancing, scaling
- proficiency in English at a level sufficient for reading and understanding technical literature.
