Description
The support team of the Development Department of Platform Cybersecurity Services is looking for specialists in automated systems support.
Responsibilities
- administration and support of bank-scale automated systems in accordance with SLA and IT processes used in the bank
- ensuring the availability of automated systems, eliminating failures (incidents) in 24*7 mode
- monitoring configuration, analysis of operational and historical monitoring data
- planning, preparation and implementation of changes
- generation of reports on the operation of automated systems in the context of IT processes
- generation of proposals to improve the reliability and performance of automated systems.
Requirements
- higher education in IT field
- knowledge of English (reading technical documentation)
- knowledge/understanding of the ISO-20000 standard and/or process approach in IT (ITIL/ITSM)
- at least 1 year of work experience in IT
- understanding of the architecture of modern automated systems / applications, methods of system integration
- experience with UNIX, knowledge/understanding of Docker/k8s containerization platforms, knowledge/understanding of: PostgreSQL, Kafka, nginx
- knowledge/understanding of continuous deployment tools (Git, Bitbucket, Ansible, Jenkins), monitoring systems (Zabbix, Grafana, ELK), writing SQL queries
- experience using GigaChat, Kandinsky and similar products, skills in creating and using AI agents.
