Description
The team supporting the critical and high-load automated system (AS) "Transactional Credit Products," which handles the issuance and servicing of all Sber credit cards.
Responsibilities
- supporting AS modules;
- performing work on the AS infrastructure components (updating software, OS, etc.);
- participating in acceptance testing for modifications and changes to the AS;
- monitoring the AS's operational status, responding to deviations and alerts;
- participating in incident resolution, analyzing root causes, and defining measures to prevent incidents;
- working with requests, risks, and issues registered in the AS.
Requirements
- higher education in IT
- experience working with high-load systems, knowledge of SQL fundamentals, skills in working with PostgreSQL DBMS
- basic knowledge of application support specifics under Kubernetes management
- experience working with Unix-like operating systems
- experience participating in incident resolution, root cause analysis, problem and defect identification, and developing measures to prevent system failures
- understanding of DevOps methodology.
Will be a plus:
- knowledge of one of the scripting languages: bash/shell, Python
- experience with Kafka and Apache Ignite
- knowledge of ITSM methodology and its practical application;
- knowledge of Agile methodology fundamentals and practices
- experience with monitoring systems: Victoria Metrix, Prometheus, Grafana
- understanding of working in processing with card and/or credit products.
