Support of the application service - credit decision-making strategy for POS loans. The system is integrated with a large number of systems for data enrichment. The system has built-in decision-making modules based on collected data.
The service operates 24/7 and processes applications for individual loans.
Responsibilities
- ensuring the reliability of IT services / products under the responsibility of the Agile team
- proactive work with processes for handling incidents, problems, and software technical risks
- working with deviations in the operation of IT services / products (incidents), analysis and their prompt resolution
- creation and configuration of monitoring for IT services / products (Prometheus + Grafana)
- working with DevOps pipelines (Jenkins), with PostgreSQL DBMS, Grafana.
- monitoring and prompt response to technical and business metrics of IT services / products
- performing scheduled and infrastructure work on IT service components, installing updates and releases.
Requirements
- knowledge/understanding of microservices architecture principles
- experience working with and administering *nix systems, DBMS (PostgreSQL, Grafana), application servers, application software
- skills in writing simple queries using SQL
- knowledge of containerization technology; experience with Openshift and Kubernetes is a big plus
- experience with monitoring systems Zabbix/Grafana
- knowledge of English for understanding technical documentation
- Knowledge/understanding of the basics of the ITIL methodology.
