Our team supports a Mission Critical level banking Automated System (AS), which is part of SBER's Platform and provides a service for a large number of related systems.
Responsibilities
- administration and support of automated systems (AS)
- incident resolution in supported AS
- analysis of AS monitoring results, proposals for improving system performance and reliability
- implementation of new software versions.
Requirements
- experience in supporting application or system software, knowledge of SQL
- experience with message brokers (Apache Kafka) experience in administering containerization systems (Kubernetes, OpenShift)
- skill in working with Linux OS
- understanding of ITSM principles
- practical experience with DevOps tools: Git, Jenkins, Ansible or their equivalents
- experience with bug tracking systems (HP ALM, Atlassian Jira or similar).
