Responsibilities
- conducting expert assessment of releases and forming a conclusion on the approval of implementations
- conducting release implementations
- identifying deviations from basic scenarios based on customer experience interacting with the software
- analyzing, assessing criticality, and controlling defects
- supporting test and production environments
- participating in incident and technical problem resolution
- conducting expertise on system performance characteristics, participating in updating documentation
- collaborating with colleagues from different departments to comprehensively resolve emerging deviations
- participating in ensuring and developing the reliability and stability of automated systems.
Requirements
- experience supporting automated systems using OpenShift, Docker, k8s, Kafka, Nginx
- experience with SQL queries and procedures, administering SQL servers. Understanding of DBMS principles
- experience with log collection and monitoring systems (ELK stack, splunk, Grafana, etc.)
- understanding of modern software development methodologies
- understanding of ITTL standards
- knowledge of modern architectural patterns
- analytical skills, stress resistance, and communication skills.
- Will be a plus:
- experience using Jenkins, GitLab or another CI/CD tool
- experience using BitBucket, Git or another version control system
- experience using Atlassian products (jira, confluence)
- experience working in ITSM
- understanding of computer networks, routing, DMZ, LAN, firewall, NAT, OSI model.
