We are the Automated Systems Management of Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable team. We invite a support engineer to join our friendly team.
Responsibilities
- administration and support of bank-scale automated systems in accordance with SLA and IT processes used in the bank
- ensuring availability of automated systems, resolving failures (incidents) in 24/7 mode
- configuring monitoring, analyzing operational and historical monitoring data
- planning, preparing, and implementing changes
- generating reports on the operation of automated systems in the context of IT processes
- generating proposals to improve the reliability and performance of automated systems.
Requirements
- higher education in IT
- knowledge of English (reading technical documentation)
- understanding of the architecture of modern automated systems / applications, methods of system integration
- knowledge/understanding of continuous software deployment tools (Git, Bitbucket, Ansible, Jenkins), monitoring systems (zabbix, grafana, elk), writing queries in SQL
- knowledge/understanding of: PostgreSQL, kafka, nginx
- knowledge of Linux (basic commands).
Will be an advantage:
- experience with Atlassian products Jira and Confluence
- knowledge of the fundamentals and practices of Agile methodology is desirable knowledge/understanding of the ISO-20000 standard and/or process approach in IT (ITIL/ITSM).
