Support of the Unified Front System (UFS) application system regarding business processes for deposit and lending directions;
Work in a friendly support engineer team (28 people, three locations);
Performing support tasks for functional subsystems (FS) of the UFS AS and SmartApp AS (Virtual Assistant). The team is responsible for over 60 FS of the UFS AS;
Implementation of the full support cycle: participation in P&I, deployment to P&I and production environments, monitoring configuration, incident management and resolution, SLA and technical standards compliance, interaction with the duty shift, etc.
Work in project teams. Interaction with analysts, testing group, and related teams;
Implementation of new versions of application software;
Administration and support of the UFS AS (production and test stands for acceptance tests, etc.);
Conducting acceptance tests for application software;
Resolving incidents in the production environment. Working with requests (RFC/INC/PRB);
Use of automation scripts;
Configuration of monitoring and alerting systems triggered by deviations in the operation of the supported FS;
Analysis of AS monitoring results, improvement of system performance and reliability;
Work with a broad technology stack: Git, BitBucket, Jenkins, OpenShift, Nginx, SberLinux, Ansible, Grafana, Zabbix, Python, etc.
Experience in supporting application software and business processes.
Knowledge of network protocols;
Understanding of REST architecture;
Ability to work with large volumes of information, capacity to work in stressful situations at a very active pace.
Over 3 years of experience in supporting application or system software will be an advantage;
Knowledge of ITSM, ITIL methodologies is desirable;
Knowledge of business processes related to the supported services;
Experience with container management platforms (OpenShift, Kubernetes or similar) is welcomed;
Experience with server OS (Linux or Solaris, Windows) will be a plus;
Experience with bug tracking systems (Atlassian Jira or similar) is desirable;
Experience with DevOps tools: Git, BitBucket, Jenkins, Nexus, Ansible or their equivalents will be an advantage;
SQL query writing skills will be a plus;
Work in Russia's largest bank;
