IT B2C is the largest ecosystem within Sber. We are a team of over 8000 people across 18 cities in Russia. We are engaged in developing and enhancing retail solutions, making the Bank's services more accessible, secure, and convenient.
We create and maintain a high-load streaming data delivery system with guaranteed delivery.
Responsibilities
- conducting acceptance tests before deploying a service into the production environment
- generating operational reports, integrating with payment systems, reconciling end-of-day banking results
- working with defects and incidents, analyzing source code and data
- collaborating with developers and analysts
- handling complex user requests as part of 3rd-level support
- developing methodologies for application monitoring.
Requirements
- completed higher technical education
- analytical mindset, ability to systematize and build processes
- understanding of integration technologies (Rest, Kafka) and data exchange formats (Json, XML, Protobuf)
- understanding of transport protocols TCP/ UDP
- knowledge of the principles of relational DBMS (Oracle/ PostgreSql/ MsSql, etc.)
- knowledge of the principles of building distributed data storage and processing systems
- experience with the Hadoop ecosystem (HDFS, YARN, Hive), GreenPlum
- basic knowledge of SQL (writing Select queries, DML operations, understanding DDL)
- experience with monitoring systems (Zabbix/ Grafana/ Prometheus, etc.)
- ability to find a common language with customers (business users), technical specialists, and developers
- experience with OpenShift or Kubernetes
- understanding of the software production process (release cycle)
will be a plus:
- experience in processing, knowledge of one or more finance-related domains
- experience with Jira and Confluence
- experience in 3rd-level support
- experience optimizing SQL queries
- software development experience.
