Description
We are a unit within the IT Department of the "B2C Transactional Banking" block, responsible for supporting application systems in the production environment and technological integration into Sber's ecosystem.
We are looking for a Lead Support Engineer, ready to handle high workloads and possessing competencies in the PPARB technology stack.
Responsibilities
- ensuring SLA compliance
- organizing and maintaining a knowledge base
- localizing incidents and routing them for further resolution
- monitoring the health of servers, applications, databases
- providing reporting on the information system and the group's work
- participate in supporting and developing information systems
- install new releases on production environments
- conduct research on test environments
- handle incoming requests regarding IT systems.
Requirements
- understanding of how information systems work at the level of services/components/technologies used in software and databases
- experience working with Linux in an administrator role for at least 1 year (top, df, ps, curl, openssl, simple shell scripts, working with certificates)
- understanding the difference between SQL and NoSQL databases, understanding SQL at the level of simple queries (JOIN, WHERE … IN, GROUP BY)
- basic knowledge of the OSI model (for example, the difference between HTTP and TCP)
- basic understanding of the main principles of integration and message exchange in a distributed environment (REST, message queues, file integration...)
- basic understanding of JSON, YAML, XML, CSV notation, the specifics of the formats
- understanding of the ITSM/ITIL methodology (understanding the terms 'service request', 'user ticket', 'incident', 'problem', 'resolution deadline')
