Responsibilities
- ensuring uninterrupted operation of supported automated systems within the agreed SLA frameworks, conducting emergency drills
- resolving high-priority incidents related to automated systems, organizing and participating in recovery activities
- implementing new versions of automated systems: organizing and participating in installation, configuration, and acceptance testing activities
- interacting with developers and related IT departments on matters of implementation and support of automated systems
- configuring and supporting integration solutions with interconnected systems
- organizing monitoring and its updating during the operation of automated systems
- providing consultations and support to automated system users, configuring user group access rights and roles, processing requests for connection to automated systems.
Requirements
- higher technical education
- work experience with Linux, experience working with the command line
- understanding of relational database principles, ability to write medium-complexity queries: aggregate functions, selections from several tables linked by keys
- stress tolerance, initiative, communication skills, logical thinking, responsibility for results.
