Responsibilities
- performing daily cycle of technological procedures in processing systems
- active monitoring, timely registration of incidents
- notifying bank employees and third-party organizations about incidents according to established procedure, organizing conference calls with participants in the resolution process
- participating in the prompt resolution of incidents under the guidance of administrators
- executing and reassigning user requests to employees
- preparing statistical information based on monitoring results and the execution of standard procedures
- providing consulting support to users.
Requirements
- higher education/unfinished higher education (last-year students)
- knowledge of Linux (basic commands)
- basic knowledge of SQL
- experience with "back-office" processing is desirable
- skills in working with generative AI models; experience in creating AI agents and using them in work will be an advantage
- experience using GigaChat, Kandinsky, and equivalents in products, skills in creating and using AI agents.
