We are looking for a Duty Support Engineer for the Transactional Business Development Management team.

Our goal is to ensure the stable operation of high-load systems that allow our corporate clients to build successful businesses.

Responsibilities

• arranging telephone/video conference calls (ТКС/ВКС) for the prompt resolution of incidents, together with L2/L3.
• participation in the implementation of new versions of application software together with support and development teams.
• supporting and configuring monitoring systems (Reflex/Key-Astrom/Dynatrace)
• participation in resolving incidents, user requests regarding the operation of the automated system, and activities to mitigate risks

Requirements

• higher specialized education
• knowledge of the fundamentals of database organization and structure
• basic SQL knowledge (joins, sorting, grouping)
