Description
The support team is located at two regional sites in Moscow and Saint Petersburg. Most of its members are highly professional specialists and have extensive experience in supporting systems of various classes.
Responsibilities
- participation in ensuring monitoring of supported Automated Systems (AS)
- participation in organizing the maintenance of uninterrupted 24/7 operation of the supported AS
- analysis of AS monitoring results, suggestions for improving system performance and reliability
- prompt participation in activities to resolve incidents that occurred in the operation of AS
- support and administration of automated systems;
- providing second-line consultation support to internal users
- documenting IT AS support processes in accordance with the ITSM concept
- organizing and participating in acceptance tests and the implementation of new versions of application software
- participation in AS development processes, working in project teams
- participation in commissions, working groups on the department's areas of activity.
Requirements
- higher technical education
- experience in supporting and administering high-load automated systems with 24/7 availability for 3+ years
- experience participating in project teams for 3+ years
- experience in resolving incidents that occurred in the operation of AS
- experience working with relational DBMS (preferably one of: PostgreSQL, Oracle), proficient in SQL
- understanding of the basic principles of building fault-tolerant systems with a three-tier architecture
- experience participating in the development of project documentation (BD, FD, ToR)
- experience with Drop App, Kafka, and knowledge of Java is desirable
- understanding of the basic principles of ITSM/ITIL, ISO 20000
- knowledge of Agile approaches is desirable (experience participating in such teams is welcome)
- experience in the banking sector is desirable.
