Description
The support team is located at two regional sites in Moscow and St. Petersburg. Most of its members are highly qualified specialists with extensive experience in supporting systems of various classes.
Responsibilities
- participation in ensuring monitoring of supported automated systems
- participation in organizing the maintenance of uninterrupted 24/7 operation of the supported automated system
- analysis of automated system monitoring results, proposals for improving system performance and reliability
- prompt participation in activities to eliminate incidents that have arisen in the operation of automated systems
- support and administration of automated systems;
- providing second-line support to internal users
- documentation of automated system support IT processes in accordance with the ITSM concept
- organization and participation in acceptance tests and implementation of new versions of application software
- participation in automated system development processes, working in project teams
- participation in committees, working groups in the areas of the department's activities.
Requirements
- higher technical education
- at least 3 years of experience in supporting and administering high-load automated systems with 24/7 availability mode
- at least 3 years of experience participating in project teams
- experience in eliminating incidents that have arisen in the operation of automated systems
- experience with relational DBMS (preferably one of: PostgreSQL, Oracle), proficient in SQL
- understanding of the basic principles of building fault-tolerant systems with a three-tier architecture
- experience participating in the development of project documentation (BR, FR, SRS)
- experience with Drop App, Kafka, knowledge of Java is desirable
- understanding of the basic principles of ITSM/ITIL, ISO 20000
- knowledge of Agile approaches is desirable (experience participating in such teams is welcome)
- experience in the banking sector is desirable.
