EFS Platform is a scalable and secure system of universal technological components with unique code, providing management of information on request routing to platform and channel services; management of file transfers between various automated systems; collection of data on the performance, availability, and health of application software and infrastructure; storage, viewing, and analysis of logs and incidents; management of operating modes and service health monitoring; authorization of API calls to platform and channel business services based on role privileges; implementation of failover functionality.
- We are looking for an engineer to join the support team for the "Commission Direction" products
- Work in a friendly support team (13 employees)
Responsibilities
- support of the EFS AS production environment and PSI test environments, conducting PSI
- SLA compliance, close interaction with the duty shift, training of duty shift employees
- implementation of new software versions
- resolving incidents in the production environment
- execution of Service/Work/Incident Requests (ZNO/ZNR/ZNI)
- using and refining automation scripts
- configuring monitoring within the competence of the supported AS/FP
- Broad support stack: BitBucket, Jenkins, Git, OpenShift, Dropapp, Pangolin, Nginx, SberLinux, Grafana, Zabbix, Python
- providing consultative support to users.
Requirements
- at least 1 year of experience in supporting application or system software;
- basic knowledge of SQL (writing simple queries: select from tables, insert into a table, and filtering by multiple fields);
- basic knowledge of PostgreSQL DB;
- experience working with server OS (Windows, Linux, or Solaris);
- experience with bug tracking systems (HP ALM, Atlassian Jira, or similar);
- understanding of DevOps principles
- experience with container management platforms (OpenShift, Kubernetes, or similar);
- Will be a plus:
- knowledge of Agile methodologies (SCRUM/Kanban)
- knowledge of ITSM, ITIL methodologies;
- experience using GigaChat, Kandinsky, and similar in products, skills in creating and using AI agents.
