Description
The SberWorks team provides a unified development environment for engineers and developers, enabling the management of all stages of the production process from idea development to implementation, and is designed for direct use within the development framework of information systems and their components, ensuring deployment to test stands.
Responsibilities
- monitoring and controlling the operation of application tools in 24x7 mode
- resolving standard user requests (from development team representatives): granting access, creating projects/repositories in DevOps tools, resolving standard issues/errors.
Requirements
- higher education (Information Technology/ Mathematics)
- experience in administration and support of information systems, user support from 3 years
- experience in supporting and maintaining application tools in a large company
- experience in supporting DevOps tools is a plus
- skills in working with generative AI models; experience in creating AI agents and using them in work will be an advantage.
