Description
Our team is working on the infrastructure development of Sber. We are creating ready-to-use infrastructure solutions, working with data storage systems, server capacities, virtual machines, and system software for them.
Responsibilities
- receive and perform initial processing of user requests (phone, email, HP SM)
- monitor system status via monitoring tools (Grafana, Zabbix)
- configure and update bank systems
- control errors in bank systems.
Requirements
- 1 year of experience as a system administrator/network engineer/support engineer
- knowledge of Windows OS at the level of a confident user/administrator
- experience with Linux OS at the level of a confident user/administrator
- understanding of the principles of local networks and network equipment
- knowledge of English sufficient for reading technical documentation
- experience using GigaChat, Kandinsky, and similar in products, skills in creating and using AI agents.
Nice to have:
- experience supporting MS/МС+
- understanding of microservice architecture.
