Description
We are the Inventory Management team, consisting of 52 people from Moscow, Samara, and Novosibirsk.
Main goal: automation of processes for the managerial accounting of the Bank's property lifecycle.
We are developing a centralized asset accounting system to automate the business processes of the Bank's support divisions for asset management and accounting.
The team is not only creating a new platform but also performing numerous improvements. We work on several automated systems, building an effective platform core and adapting various versions considering our clients' wishes.
Our current clients are MCSP, CUNPDO, CKZ, and some division processes are still conducted on the legacy system - SAP ERP.
Responsibilities
- communication with internal clients and task assignment to developers
- gathering requirements from subject matter experts
- developing use cases
- participation in software architecture modeling
- approval of test scenarios
- organizing and conducting acceptance tests
- consulting testers during task verification stages
- developing/maintaining system documentation.
Requirements
- mandatory experience in writing functional requirements/business requirements/technical specifications (documentation) for development
- understanding of relational database design and development principles
- excellent knowledge of SQL (select, join, update, insert, case)
- experience with integrations
- participation in building software solution architecture
- knowledge of methodology and experience working in scrum/Kanban
- experience with Atlassian products (confluence, jira)
- instrumental proficiency in AI for analysis, generation, and automation.
Will be a plus:
- understanding of the software development lifecycle
- knowledge of business process description tools (UML, ARIS, BPMN).
