We are looking for a colleague for a project – the development of a unified registry of regulatory technological requirements, where the main task is to create an effective tool as a single, structured, and clear source of information on requirements, as well as a centralized approach to their management.

Responsibilities

• communication with requirement owners for requirement gathering
• analysis and coordination of requirements: checking for completeness and consistency
• preparation of requirement pages on the Requirements Registry portal
• development and support of the Requirements Registry portal functionality
• development/maintenance of documentation for the Requirements Registry
• preparation of communication materials, instructions, and training for users of the Requirements Registry portal
• gathering requirements, formalization, and creation of technical specifications for development tasks related to the Requirements Registry portal development
• verification and testing of implemented functionality for tasks related to the Requirements Registry portal development.

Requirements

• higher technical education
• at least 3 years of experience as an analyst
• understanding of the software development lifecycle, knowledge of software design, development, and implementation processes
• understanding of the basics of microservice architecture, database design and development
• proficiency in process modeling standards (BPMN and/or UML) in ARIS
• instrumental proficiency in AI for analysis, generation, and automation
• systems thinking, ability to form a clear understanding of functionality from disparate requirements
• English language proficiency not lower than Intermediate level.

Will be a plus:

• experience in the banking sector
• skills in working with generative AI models; experience in creating AI agents and using them in work
• experience and certification in Agile/Scrum/Lean/SixSigma/DevOps, etc., ITSM.
