Description
A multi-channel platform for information and management of high-priority failures in the Bank and Sber ecosystem with real-time impact assessment on customer services. The product is intended for the bank's and ecosystem's top management, department heads, product owners and leaders, duty shifts, and IT service support specialists. The main goal is the effective management of mass deviations to minimize negative impact on external and internal customers. Our development strategy is the implementation of a unified platform for the autonomization and automation of support processes with the creation of a multi-agent system with user customization capability via UI.
Responsibilities
- business analysis and research on incoming product enhancement requests
- development of a role-based access model and formation of customer journeys
- formalization and alignment of business requirements with internal customers
- data analysis within the scope of processes being automated to form quality requirements
- development and analysis of product metrics, formation of product metrics reports, formation of product release notes
- task assignment and demo to the development team with description of the customer's business need
- assisting the testing team in reviewing test cases and preparing test data, participating in user system training, conducting demos of new features
Requirements
- higher technical education
- work experience as a business analyst for at least 5 years
- proficiency in process modeling and business process optimization tools and methodologies (BPMN, UML)
- skills in requirement gathering, analysis, and documentation
- data analysis skills, experience working with data analytics systems (BI platforms, SQL queries)
- skills in working with LLM
- ability to write clear tasks for developers
Will be a plus:
- experience as a business analyst in the ITSM field
- experience as a system IT analyst
- experience in preparing requirements for AI agents
- skills in working with PostgreSQL
- knowledge of functional testing fundamentals
