We are developing a mature software product for managing corporate client risks. This is an operational service with deep financial context, already used by real businesses.
You will face high cognitive load, broad and non-trivial context, and a dynamic development process in a strong team.
Responsibilities
- identifying business needs, developing business requirements
- building CJM
- formulating requirements for design and solution architecture
- creating interface prototypes and logical process diagrams
- preparing high-quality documentation, specifications, materials, and presentations for stakeholders
- acceptance testing (UAT) of developed functionality, verifying compliance with requirements
- managing tasks and knowledge base in JIRA, Confluence, and other corporate systems.
Requirements
- higher education
- at least 2 years of experience in a business analyst role in the banking sector or fintech products
- identifying business needs at all stages of the feature lifecycle
- modeling customer journeys CJM
- formulating functional and non-functional requirements for interfaces
- experience with Jira/Confluence
- experience applying AI
- basic knowledge for independently extracting and verifying data.
