Description
We are strengthening the team of the Innovation Center within the Investment Activity Department. The main area of work is the development of the Investment Activity Department Platform (a Front-to-back system for searching, concluding, supporting, accounting, and analytics of deals with the Department's products).
The vacancy is open in the Core team, whose priorities are the development of the Platform's core services and the integration of the Department's products into the Bank's digital credit process.
Responsibilities
What you will be doing:
- Identifying stakeholder needs (users, adjacent teams, etc.)
- Searching and structuring data to form initiatives for improving IT systems
- Formulating business requirements for the IT team
- Tracking the status and preparing reporting materials for initiatives in progress
- Proposing new and developing existing areas of work for the teams.
Requirements
What is important for us:
- Higher technical education from key universities: MIPT, Moscow State University, MEPhI, Bauman Moscow State Technical University, Saint Petersburg State University
- A master's degree in finance/economics from key universities: Russian Economic School, Higher School of Economics, Moscow State University, Saint Petersburg State University
- Work experience as a business analyst in banks, fintech, technology companies, integrators, consulting for at least 2 years
- Ability to clearly set goals and work towards results
- Strong analytical and organizational skills
- Ability to work with large datasets, knowledge of SQL and Python is an advantage
- Experience working in a bank will be an advantage
- Experience working with AI tools.
