We are the PRBR team – a platform for business development in the regions. Our team is engaged in the development of an automated management system for Sber's top managers.

The system is a symbiosis of an MIS, a knowledge base, and a reporting system that enables business development in the regions by assessing key needs and potential of the regions based on a unified accounting system for: regional, investment, and pilot projects, best practices, and ecosystem products.

We are looking for a full-stack analyst who is interested in fully implementing end-to-end solutions, from formulating a business task and collecting data to deploying the solution to PROD using artificial intelligence. This role sits at the intersection of analytics, engineering, and AI system architecture within the Bank.

You will work with the full AI lifecycle: from data and prompts to agent behavior in production. Your area of responsibility is reliability, predictability, and documentation of all processes and integrations related to the automated system and AI agents.

We are looking for an experienced, motivated analyst to join our team, someone who will be interested in creating useful and important products with us and communicating their value to the end user.

Responsibilities

· Analyze the operation of multi-agent systems for compliance with the assigned business task, write prompts for agents, search for anomalies in the operation of AI solutions.

· Develop Python scripts and pipelines for collecting datasets.

· Conduct research, identify patterns and dependencies in data, formulate hypotheses and test them.

· Work with large volumes of data, logs, and generation results.

· Interact with DS, platform, security, and business teams.

· Document technical solutions, discuss integrations and inter-service interactions within the team and with the architect.

· Handle user feedback, conduct analytics, record tasks in the backlog.

· Work with customers to refine business requirements for new functionality.

· Develop technical specifications for task assignment to developers (APIs, DBs, services).

· Control the quality of solution development.

Requirements

· Proficient Python: data analysis, automation, scripts, pipelines.

· Experience working with data: structured and semi-structured.

· Engineering mindset: ability to analyze complex systems.

· Interest in the mechanics of LLMs, AI agents, prompt engineering.

· Ability to formulate metrics for "intangible" things: answer quality, risk, trust.

· Desire to work with systems that truly impact the business.

· Experience working with user feedback, ability to identify what is important and in demand for the product.

· Skills in gathering and documenting requirements for new functionality using User Stories/Use Cases.

· Participation in testing, verifying solution compliance with requirements.
