We work with the products of partner companies: Management Company "First", Sberbank Life Insurance, Sberbank Non-State Pension Fund, Modern Real Estate Funds.
Currently, we are looking for a professional in the field of data analysis and customer feedback
Responsibilities
- analysis of large data sets, segmentation of the customer base, work with customer requests and CSI
- Searching for and integrating new data sources
- analysis of the results of reporting periods to identify "problem areas," reasons for non-fulfillment of KPIs, communication with responsible divisions
- analysis of customer requests: problem identification, hypothesis generation, proposal of improvements, coordination of measures with product teams
n* development and automation of reporting: creating dashboards, preparing presentations for management
- application of AI solutions (LLM, ML, analytics automation)
Requirements
- higher technical education
- experience in analytics (banks, insurance, consulting, IT) from 1 year
- knowledge of statistical data analysis methods
- skills in interpreting reports and forming hypotheses
- Python (Pandas, NumPy), SQL (complex queries, join)
- Excel (pivot tables, formulas, VBA), PowerPoint (automating slide updates, linking to data sources)
- experience with Greenplum / HUE / Hadoop
- Research approach, initiative
- Ability to work with ambiguous tasks
- Willingness to work in a team and independently
Desirable:
- experience in building dashboards (Qlik, Grafana)
- skills in creating AI agents
- experience with LLMs (GigaChat, DeepSeek, ChatGPT)
