Description
The team is developing an AI system for intelligent analysis of deviations in key financial metrics. The system automatically identifies anomalies in transactional activity, links them to external events through an ontology and graph database, generates hypotheses for the causes of deviations, and calculates their quantitative effect. LLM agents, following graph paths, create ready-made analytical reports for business teams.
Responsibilities
What you will be doing:
- data analysis and processing: preparing structured and unstructured data for further use in machine learning models
- machine learning model development: creating, testing, and improving classification, regression, clustering, and forecasting models to increase decision-making accuracy
- model performance evaluation: conducting testing and optimization of existing models, verifying the quality of results, implementing new approaches and methodologies to improve performance.
- research on ML implementation opportunities: exploring the prospects of applying machine learning technologies in various business areas, identifying potential areas for growth and development.
- working with large volumes of data: using SQL and NoSQL database tools to store, process, and retrieve necessary information.
- preparing reports and recommendations: providing management with detailed analytics, interpreting obtained results, and giving recommendations for improving processes and products.
Requirements
We expect you to have:
- higher education in mathematics, statistics, economics, information technology, or a related field
- at least 3 years of experience in data analysis or related areas
- excellent knowledge of SQL for writing complex queries and working with large volumes of data
- confident command of Python/R for data processing and conducting statistical analysis
- experience working with data visualization tools
- understanding of ETL process principles and experience working with data warehouses — will be an advantage
- experience using neural networks in your work
