Description
About Us:
We are the team — Agent Analytics HR, within the "People and Culture" unit. Our mission is to turn employee data into strategic assets and clear business solutions. We are a natural-language AI agent that provides instant answers to questions, identifies risks, and gives recommendations through a convenient chat interface integrated into Pulse.
Why is this role important?
You will be a bridge between a deep understanding of data (like a data analyst) and a research, hypothesis-driven approach (like a data scientist). Your goal is not just to provide reports, but to initiate change through data: finding hidden patterns, identifying new sources of valuable information, and setting tasks for creating fundamentally new analytical products.
Responsibilities
- Data Strategy: Development and implementation of long-term memory scenarios for data, forming a single source of truth for HR metrics.
- Data Exploration: Active search and evaluation of new data sources (both internal and external) to enrich the analytical landscape.
- Insight Generation: Conducting deep Ad-hoc analysis and exploratory projects to identify business insights that influence decision-making at the top-management level.
- Quality Control and Methodology Development: Participation in creating the methodology for calculating HR indicators and data quality control rules.
- Expertise and Communication: Consulting customers and colleagues from other IT teams on data capabilities and their correct use.
Our ideal candidate possesses a unique combination of skills:
- As a Data Analyst: You understand the full data lifecycle, can design storage structures (experience with ClickHouse is a strong advantage), gather requirements, and write specifications. You are proficient in SQL and know how to ensure data quality.
- As a Researcher: You apply statistical methods to test hypotheses, work with big data, and look for cause-and-effect relationships. You are interested in digging deeper than ready-made reports to find the "why" behind the numbers. Experience with Python will be a huge plus for autonomous analysis and prototyping.
Requirements
- Advanced SQL (experience with ClickHouse is preferred).
- Proven experience in Ad-hoc analysis, working with large datasets, and identifying insights.
- Deep knowledge of statistics and practical experience in applying it.
- Skills in data visualization and presentation for management.
- Experience interacting with business customers.
Will be a significant plus:
- Python for data analysis (Pandas, NumPy, Jupyter).
- Understanding the basics of ML and LLM (Large Language Models).
- Experience in HR analytics or working with HR data.
- Familiarity with the modern Data Science stack (PyTorch, LightGBM).
