We are the development team for DATA solutions for the SberSpasibo Loyalty Program – we are responsible for industrial data processing: Big Data, real SLAs, live, dynamic business.
The team's task is to develop and implement reliable pipelines, making data suitable for analytics, ML, and product solutions. You will gain experience working with real big data, a modern technology stack, and also be able to influence the platform and see the results of your work.
Responsibilities
- analysis of business requirements for obtaining new data, data discovery, risk assessment, complexity, and effort estimation;
- data model design, business process analysis;
- development of data transformation algorithms;
- development and implementation of data quality control methodologies;
- drafting specifications and setting tasks for development;
- providing expert support to consumers on data usage issues;
- feature description, preparation of requirements for related teams, development of specifications and technical documentation.
Requirements
- at least 2 years of experience as a Data Analyst or Data Engineer;
- excellent knowledge of SQL and modern industrial DBMS (PostgreSQL/GreenPlum/ClickHouse/etc);
- experience in developing data warehouses/data marts;
- familiarity with software architecture and mathematical algorithms;
Preferred:
- experience working with Agile (SCRUM, Kanban, etc.);
- familiarity with the Hadoop ecosystem, experience with Hive, Spark;
- knowledge of Python.
