Description
Our team is responsible for two areas: building a reporting system for operational change management and developing product analytics.
Main tasks:
- development and replication of product metrics
- building dashboards for management and product teams
- automation of reporting for product analytics
- implementation and execution of Ad-hoc requests for research and hypothesis testing
- generation of statistics and analytics for products.
Responsibilities
- analysis of source data (assessment of structure, quality, completeness, and applicability of data)
- automation of reporting and internal processes using Python
- monitoring and support of existing bots, as well as development and implementation of new ones
- development and implementation of interservice integrations
- integration of solutions with the bank's core systems (Kafka, PostgreSQL).
Requirements
- higher education
- at least 2 years of experience in Data development/analytics
- experience using Python at a level no lower than Middle/ Middle+
- experience with libraries for data interaction and processing
- knowledge of SQL at a level no lower than Middle, experience writing complex queries and optimizing their execution
- experience with relational DBMS (PostgreSQL/Greenplum)
- experience in analytical research and the ability to formulate conclusions
- understanding of data aggregation and normalization principles
- understanding of data warehouse construction principles
- understanding of integration technologies REST, Kafka and data exchange formats XML/XSD, JSON/JSON-Schema
- understanding of DevOps processes
- experience working with Linux
Will be a plus:
- experience with ETL tools (Apache AirFlow)
- knowledge in the field of NLP: text vectorization, query classification, RAG systems
- work with ML libraries.
