For the data services team's tasks, we are looking for an initiative-taking, attentive specialist with a well-developed analytical intuition and professional experience in product and data analytics.
Responsibilities
- development of data layers, formalization of requirements for layers, drafting and approval of analysis and data schemas, definition of transformation, aggregation, filtering, and enrichment rules. Monitoring of DQ metrics within data domains.
- agentization of analytical usage scenarios for the data platform together with data engineers. Monitoring of quality and usability metrics for the AI agent.
- data analytics: data exploration to identify anomalies, incompleteness, and distortions. Preparing recommendations for correct interpretation and use of data, preparing factual basis for source data improvements.
- communication with business: gathering and clarifying requirements, translating business requirements into clear technical formulations, conducting demos and defending mvp of data marts and layer architecture.
Requirements
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in a product or data analyst role
- professional proficiency in SQL and Python for data analysis
- advanced experience working with BI systems
- understanding of DWH construction principles (DataVault, Anchor, Medallion)
- understanding of how LLMs and AI agents work
- experience in designing data marts and analytical models in a DWH
- experience in decomposing analytical projects and tasks
- experience interacting with business customers.
Will be a plus:
- experience with ClickHouse
- experience with Metabase, Superset, Grafana
- mentoring and teaching experience in product analytics
- experience solving generative analytics tasks
- participation in corporate DWH construction projects
- proficiency in the dbt framework for analytics.
