Description
The team is engaged in creating cash and cash collection service products and is looking for an employee who can immerse themselves in the subject area and actively participate in implementing AI agents from idea to integration into business processes.
Responsibilities
- development and implementation of LLM-based AI agents
- processing and analysis of large data volumes to identify patterns and trends
- creation of intuitive dashboards and reports in BI systems for various management levels
- development and statistical testing of hypotheses
- participation in the optimization and automation of analytical processes
- close collaboration with cross-functional teams to implement end-to-end projects.
Requirements
- higher education
- experience in a similar role as a data analyst/product analyst for 1+ years
- experience using BI tools at work (QlikSense, Tableau, Power BI or similar)
- experience working with databases and confident proficiency in Excel, SQL
- skills in using Python for data analysis (Pandas, NumPy, visualization), knowledge of data manipulation libraries
- openness to dialogue, independence in solving tasks, ability to independently find patterns in data.
Will be an advantage:
- experience with big data and distributed systems
- knowledge of machine learning fundamentals and their practical application
- ability to clearly communicate complex analytical findings to a business audience.
