Our team, responsible for promoting Ecosystem and Loyalty products, is looking for a Product Analyst (Senior Data Analyst). The main goal of our team is to help the business make the right decision based on data and research into customer behavior. We highly value qualities such as: accountability for the final result, critical thinking, and a readiness to independently propose data-driven solutions.
Responsibilities
- Analysis of sales campaign / marketing promotion effectiveness;
- Identifying target audiences for product promotion and customer development, building algorithms for offer prioritization;
- Preparing proposals and formulating business hypotheses and testing them based on data;
- Interacting with other teams based on conducted analytics and hypothesis testing;
- Developing analytical reporting and supporting it;
- Preparing presentations and visualizing data, including using specialized BI tools.
Requirements
- Knowledge of SQL (complex queries, window functions, working with large volumes of data);
- Spark, Python (pandas, numpy);
- Experience conducting A/B testing: from idea to result evaluation;
- Knowledge of Excel (pivot tables, formulas);
- Product mindset and the ability to "get to the root cause";
- Understanding of banking products at a user level.
Will be a plus:
- Experience working in a bank;
- Qlik Sense or Navigator;
- Greenplum DB; Hadoop.
