We, the Analytical Department team of the Compliance Center, are looking for a new Data Analyst (DA) with Product Manager skills. The main task of the Compliance Center is to identify and suppress schemes for legalizing criminally obtained income. Our Analytical Department team solves tasks of supporting analytics. The new DA will have a unique opportunity to work with truly large volumes of data and make a significant contribution to the fight against fraud in the country. - data analysis and organizing hypothesis testing to solve business problems
- analysis of available data sources and the information they contain, quality assessment
- processing, systematization, and structuring of material for preparing presentations related to a large volume of analytical information
- preparation and analysis of management risk reporting, identifying causes of plan/actual deviations, comparing data across periods, assessing trend dynamics
- generate product ideas and hypotheses, both simple and complex, and be able to evaluate them (both potential and technical complexity)
- conduct A/B experiments, analyze results
- support and improve existing projects
Choice of analytics direction:
- Product Analytics. Analytics for forming criteria and algorithms for identifying suspicious operations (like fraud monitoring). Research of banking products for vulnerabilities and leakage of suspicious operations, development of criteria to distinguish bad clients from good ones.
- Process Analytics. Analytics of the suspicious operation investigation process (how many clients were caught, their typologies, differences in investigation outcomes, selection of criteria for potential client retention), research to optimize processes and find areas for automation.
- HR Analytics. Analytics of employee productivity for those conducting suspicious operation investigations, calculation of their work standards, determination of their headcount, searching for insights/researching employee lag behind planned indicators, calculating the effects of automation implementation.
- Scaling Analyst. Consolidation of management reporting, highlighting important points/changes, preparing presentations for top management, communication with the managerial staff, controlling task deadlines, participating in goal setting for managers, informational support for the manager.

- higher education in the field of: finance, banking, economics, or accounting
- knowledge of mathematical statistics, probability theory, linear algebra, mathematical analysis for working with hypotheses and confidence intervals
- advanced user-level proficiency in Excel
- using Python data processing methods
- excellent knowledge of SQL - Joins, aggregates, groupings, nested queries, indexes, stored procedures, window functions for analyzing small and big data
- experience working with summary analytical tables and large volumes of raw data
- ability to analyze system architecture
- using Hadoop/Spark tools for working with data arrays
- confident user of PowerPoint
- instrumental proficiency with AI for analysis, generation, and automation

Will be a plus:
- work experience in the banking sector, work experience in anti-fraud/AML
- work experience in system analytics, experience in developing data marts on the Hadoop/Hive/Spark stack
- experience in reporting automation, knowledge of Agile principles, knowledge of the English language
