Description
We are looking for an experienced analyst to participate in a large-scale project to implement a personalized pricing system at Sberbank. The project aims to increase the bank's profit through personalized customer offers.
Responsibilities
- Functional leadership, task assignment, and monitoring of results in the data analytics direction within the team (DA DE)
- Analysis of the bank's customer base (customer segmentation, identification of behavioral patterns)
- Search for hidden patterns ("insights")
- Development and validation of ideas to improve the efficiency of current processes, optimize costs, and increase sales and bank revenue
- Participation in the development of a system for personalized product pricing and bundling
- Organization of A/B tests, interpretation of results, and conclusions for product improvement
- Preparation of reports and presentations for the bank's management.
Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience as an analyst in the banking sector
- Excellent command of SQL (experience writing complex queries and analyzing large volumes of data)
- Good knowledge of Python — ability to use pandas, numpy, matplotlib, and seaborn libraries for data processing and visualization
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (creating pivot tables, macros, automating reporting)
- Knowledge of the fundamentals of mathematical statistics and machine learning methods (regression, cluster analysis, decision trees).
